Fall chocolates and spices galore!

Now that the Bethesda location is open, we are free to re-stock up on our favorite pantry items. With a fresh batch of artisanal autumnal chocolates from Goodio (and Otherly!) and a varied selection of spices from Diaspora Co., it's the perfect time to discover new favorites for the upcoming

Completely new to the shop is the Cherry Pie flavor-- it's a sweeter chocolate with pieces of tart cherry pie on the back for a pop of texture. Though I've never been a huge cherry pie person (pumpkin, apple, and blueberry are my big 3), I've been raving about the chocolate since it came in!

(Note: we just got the Orange and Gingerbread flavors from Otherly-- the gingerbread is a perfectly spiced atumnal treat, but the orange is actually pure bliss. I will be making a hot chocolate from this, and will report back with a recipe)

Of all Diaspora Co.’s products, the pink garlic has my heart

As for the spices, we finally have a restock of the Pink Garlic, as well as the forever classic Tandoori Masala. There's also a healthy selection of fall spices perfect for warm dishes and cozy baking. Try cardamom, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, and even the Chai Masala!

Here we are at the corner, the holiday season just around the bend. It's the perfect time for us to get our doors open and shelves full ~ stay tuned for more new products coming to the site and shop in the next few weeks!
