We ship via USPS or UPS. Final shipping costs will be displayed when you are completing your order and will vary depending on the weight of your item(s). Currently, we only ship within the United States. We may ship gifts using another carrier with or without notice.
All domestic orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Annapolis, Maryland shop! After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready. If you need it quickly, please leave us a note at checkout. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
What is my current order status?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Due to the time and attention to detail we take in assembling gift boxes, ALL GIFT BOX SALES ARE FINAL. We take great care in making sure your gifts get to you just as pretty as they left us. If there has been damage to your item(s) in transit, please notify us immediately at email@example.com.
If you are otherwise unsatisfied with your purchase-- don't like the color, changed your mind, etc-- we are happy to exchange the item for store credit within 21 days of purchase, if item is also unused and undamaged.
REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED ITEMS
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Products and packaging may shift in transport and this is not considered a damage or defect. If 7 days have gone by since you have received your item, we can’t offer a refund or exchange for damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If applicable send your item to: 1915 Towne Centre Blvd, STE 120, Annapolis, Maryland, 21401. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
