The Field is DONA's herbal proprietary blend of chamomile blossoms with mint, fennel and dried elderflower.
Chamomile | Tikapur and Bardiya districts, Nepal
Hand-picked and sun-dried chamomile is sourced from Tikapur and Bardiya districts.
The farmer-owned collective’s crops span over 3 hectares of land and actively supports local farmers in the region.
Mint & Fennel | Herat and Ghor, Afghanistan
Grown in the valleys of Herat and Ghor, Afghanistan by a collective of 45 small-scale farmers. This collective prioritizes fair trade initiatives, sustainable farming practices and improving the livelihoods of their local community.
Ingredients: Chamomile, fennel, elderflower, mint. Tasting notes: Pear | Honey | Licoric.
To brew: (Hot) Steep 1 sachet in 1 cup (8oz) at 205°F for 4-5 minutes. (Iced) Add 4 sachets in 4 cups (32oz) of room temperature water. Steep in fridge for minimum 6 hours, ideally overnight.
