Zeroe Caviar is a premium plant-based fish egg alternative manufactured in Denmark using seaweed grown organically off the coast of France, and is completely Vegan.

The seaweed is washed and suspended in clean water, then extracted and transformed into round spheres. The crisp, juicy flavor is achieved using all natural ingredients including cayenne, black pepper, turmeric, laurel, leek, dill and tarragon sourced from Norway, Iceland, Greenland, Scotland & Spain.

Zeroe Caviar is 100% gluten free, vegan friendly, and Kosher certified.

Ingredients: seaweed extract, water, salt, spices, extracts of cayenne pepper, turmeric, laurel, leek, dill (for aroma), tarragon, citric acid (as an acidity regulator), tragacanth gum, potassium sorbate (to maintain freshness), natrium benzoate (to prevent spoilage), caramelized vegetables (for color)
